Who is this Pearstec Marketing?

Pearstec Marketing Pvt Ltd started its venture in Sri Lanka in the beautiful city of Kandy On September 13, 2013. It had crossed the borders and reached California and Lahore serving clients from all over the world. Pearstec has been helping brands find their brand identity since its inception. We have staff members from all over the world. They work full-time, part-time and contract base to serve our valuable clients. Pearstec Working Culture

We have a fantastic CRM on which we share our tasks. We also make a client portal for clients who join us as partners. We share our client portal so that they get a clear idea of what is happening to their entrusted task to us. We have a stream functionality to communicate on every task. 

We have our own VPS hosting to serve our clients which enables us to get our clients better services in terms of getting the services related to Website development and SEO services. 

Pearstec creates teams and projects in its CRM. Each of the team can communicate, share their documents and even share knowledge base articles to educate team members. 

There’s a clearly defined reporting structure in place with supervisors for each project. We are able to meet our deadlines with clear task plans. Our employees are welcome to explore, bring new ideas, and discuss them with decision-makers. 

After the pandemic, we started operating remotely 100%. We found our employees work better and add more value as they are free to work on projects as they need then and their. 

Sales and Marketing Specialist

Role Description:

  1. Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact, collecting necessary details for website completion, and ensuring clear communication with clients throughout the project cycle.
  2. Client Satisfaction: Engage with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, addressing any concerns, and maintaining a high level of service.
  3. Sales and Queries: Handle client inquiries, effectively close sales, and maintain professional client interactions.
  4. Marketing Communication: Independently craft and send professional marketing emails, aligning with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  5. Autonomous Work: Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and meeting deadlines.
  6. Remote Work & Reporting: Execute responsibilities from a remote setting, reporting all tasks, interactions, and progress on the CRM system.
  7. Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and oversee compelling marketing campaigns, demonstrating creative and strategic skills.
  8. Campaign Analysis: Assess the performance of marketing campaigns, generate reports, and provide insights for optimization.




  • Proven track record in client relations, sales, and marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.


  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and project management.
  • Ability to craft engaging marketing content.
  • Analytical skills for campaign assessment.
  • Fluent in all three languages

Autonomy & Remote Work:

  • Experience working remotely and managing tasks independently.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to meet deadlines without constant supervision.
