The Company also provides consultation services for online and offline behavior, mission identification, marketing segmentation, and the creation and implementation of marketing funnels.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging with Pearstec LLC are required to provide accurate and truthful information necessary for the successful execution of brand transformation services. The client is responsible for adhering to the recommendations provided by Pearstec LLC to achieve optimal results.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. Pearstec LLC will not disclose client information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

5. Payment Terms

8. Limitation of Liability

Pearstec LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided. The total liability of Pearstec LLC is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Montana, USA.
