Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Intern at Pearstec LLC. The Marketing Intern will be involved in various day-to-day tasks related to communication, market research, sales, marketing strategy, and customer service to support the digital transformation of our clients’ brands.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Market Research skills
• Sales and Marketing Strategy skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools is a plus
• Good knowledge of handling the Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube channels is essential
• Pursuing or completing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field

Remuneration

During the probation period, a stipend of $200 will be provided until your position is confirmed.

Your performance will be evaluated over 15 days before confirming your position.

Additionally, you will be eligible for attractive commissions based on the success of the business initiatives you support.
